In the USA/Canada our Qualified Realtor Professional Associates pay Referral Fees usually amounting to 20% or 25% of the applicable Commission - either on the Seller Side or the Buyer Side at Closing.

Sellers & Buyers Realty USA will pay you the following percentages of the Fee paid to us on Closing:

  • Less than US $100,000                                      40%

  • From US $100,001 to US $250,000                  45%

  • From US $250,001 and above                           50%
