Sellers & Buyers Realty USA is pleased to offer "Special" Referral Fee Income for International Real Estate Brokers and Agents referring buyers or sellers of residential, commercial, investment and business real estate. Through associates, we serve all of North America.

Where Sellers & Buyers Realty USA is the Listing or Buying Broker, you will receive the following percentages of any applicable commission paid to us on properties where the closing value is:

Less than US $100,000                                       35%

From US $100,001 to US $500,000                  40%

From US $500,001 and above                           50%

Example:

If Sellers & Buyers Realty USA is the Listing or Buyer Broker on a property closing at US $400,000 with a 7% commission, we would pay you US $5,600, representing 40% of the commission paid to us on one side.

If Sellers & Buyers Realty USA is not the Listing or Buyer Broker, referral fees are paid. In USA/Canada Realtors® pay referral fees to Sellers & Buyers Realty USA. These referral fees are usually 20% or 25% of the applicable commission either on the Seller Side or Buyer Side of a Closing.

Where Sellers & Buyers Realty USA uses the services of another Realtor® due to geographic location, we will pay you the following percentages of the applicable Referral Fee paid to us on closing values:

Less than US $100,000                                      40%

From US $100,001 to US $250,000                  45%

From US $250,001 to US $500,000                  50%

From US $500,001 and above                           55%

Example:

If Sellers & Buyers Realty USA uses the services of another Realtor® and has been paid a Referral Fee of 25% using the following Closing prices; You Share is shown below:
